This chalet exceeded our expectations with its clean and modern interior. the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable. the location was convenient, with ample parking and easy access to local amenities. the host provided thoughtful details and the WiFi was stable for remote work. the surrounding area was also great for our dog. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Noise could potentially be an issue due to thin chalet walls when neighboring properties are occupied.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got so much value! The room was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was great too, close to a supermarket and it was so peaceful. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, maybe adding some more variety would be nice. But overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The value for money was excellent, and the room at 40 Norton Park was fantastic. The location was convenient, close to a park and ride and a supermarket, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Quiet site, dog-friendly with 3 fields for walks. Close to supermarkets and a short drive to Dartmouth waterfront. Well-equipped chalet with homely touches, comfy beds, and clean rooms. Pleasant stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay at 40 Norton Park! The villa was well-furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a self-catering experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The location was great, with convenient access to the park and ride and a nearby Sainsbury's supermarket. The bus stop right outside the property was a bonus. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Quiet site, 3 fields for walks, dog-friendly, close to supermarkets. No clubhouse or shop, but pizza on Saturdays. Well decorated. Hosts provided thoughtful details, cosy and tastefully decorated chalet. Well-equipped with all gadgets, comfy beds, clean linen. Power shower, electricity via a meter. Clear instructions, no noise issues. Would stay again. High standard interior fittings, good quality, bright, modern, new. Fair price for accommodation. Clean chalet, all amenities, comfy beds, nicely decorated rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised after our initial doubts about the appearance of the place. the location was perfect, close to supermarkets and tucked away for some peace and quiet. We loved the fact that we could let our dog run freely in the nearby fields. the chalet had all the thoughtful details, like a power shower and a well-equipped kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home.
That we had some issues with the communication and information provided to us. the door code and property information were not sent to us in advance, which caused some inconvenience.

We recently stayed at 40 Norton Park and were impressed with the comfortable accommodation. The host had added homely touches and the kitchen was well equipped. The WiFi was stable, great to work remotely, and our dog enjoyed the surrounding area. The location was also convenient, being close to Dartmouth waterfront and supermarkets. we had a great stay.
While everything was perfect , we did experience a slight issue with the shower drainage. it was resolved promptly, so it didn't affect our overall experience.
